Our SANAS accredited coagulation laboratory was the first full unit to be established in private practice in South Africa. Today it is a highly specialised facility, dealing with all aspects of haemostasis. The service provides a professional anticoagulation clinic that monitors and manages patients on anticoagulation therapy such as warfarin, heparin and vitamin K.
